Greenville Leadership Development Program

This program is designed to better equip current and aspiring City mid-level managers and professional employees who have demonstrated significant management and leadership potential with the skills to move into critical leadership positions in the years ahead. The program is also designed to maximize the leadership and management potential of the City of Greenville’s management team.

Supervisory Development Program

The goal of the Supervisory Development Program (SDP) is to promote excellence in selecting and managing the City’s diverse workforce. SDP is designed to educate participants about the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to be effective in leading and coaching other employees, while maintaining compliance with federal and state laws, and City policies and procedures.
